• Fluff core with SAP ratio up to 60% straight or shaped according to customer requirement
  
• Core wrapping with upper & lower carrying layer
  
• Pad Embossing
  
• Pad cutting & separation
  
• Add Shaped Non Woven as Front Ears to back side of back sheet
